A fire safety concept can be implemented at various levels, from the simplest (standard regulations) to an FSE-driven concept. In particular, when a design does not fit within the performance parameters of the regulations, or when certain requirements dictate that major radical (possibly structural) changes be carried out or major investments made, there is often a need for a custom solution.
