Antea Group participated as a gold sponsor during the ESG Congress that took place on October 4th - 5th in Berlin. During the congress, Antea Group ran a presentation covering the human rights topic from the ESG perspective.

After a period of digital series, the formerly Sustainability Leaders Congress rebranded itself as ESG Congress with the aim to develop a platform to hear about the latest Sustainability & ESG thinking. Speakers and organizations that are thinking ahead of the curve shared with the audience innovative concepts about Sustainability, CSR & ESG applied by the top of the sector.

The conferences of this year revolved around six main topics:

  • ESG Regulatory changes
  • ESG Data
  • Corporate carbon footprint
  • Coherent, group-wide ESG strategy
  • Group branding
  • ESG Reporting

On October 5th, our colleagues Marta Saracyn from Antea Group Poland and Lorenzo Colombo from Antea Group - France ran the presentation “Navigating Corporate Human Rights Impacts Through the Lens of ESG.”

They presented a business case and a pragmatic approach to exploring the value chain for human rights impacts across all three pillars of the ESG strategy. The audience was engaged with the topic, and it was evident that ESG leaders are working on closing the gap on this social issue from their organizations.

They were two intensive and fruitful days of exchanges for the Antea Group delegation. The conferences brought meaningful insights into diverse topics like energy transition, circular economy, social engagement, value chain, and ESG strategy implementation.
